Paul & Priscilla Reid started a small house church in 1981 which eventually became Christian Fellowship Church Belfast Ireland. He still leads the church until transitioning the leadership to Andy McCourt in January 2011. He helps other churches throughout Ireland, the UK, Europe and the USA as they seek to build healthy life giving communities. He and Priscilla generally travel and minister together in their commitment to modeling out men and women working in tandem which they believe will bring greater release to the Body of Christ. They are passionate about Belfast, Ireland and the Nations and in helping the local church to be more effective in reaching out.

In the fall of 1996, Lee Cummings was commissioned by Pastor Duane VanderKlok to establish an affiliate of Resurrection Life Church that would serve the region of Southwest Michigan. With a small team of volunteers and 17 members, Radiant Church of Richland began in the Gull Lake Community High School Cafetorium on September 8, 1996.
Pastor Lee regularly speaks at conferences and churches and is known for his ability to take Biblical truth and make it relevant and humorous. Lee maintains an intimate relationship with God through daily prayer and study, and he makes time with close friends and his family a priority. He is now the proud father of three children (Ashley, Jared and Tiffany) and husband of one.
